Thank you for choosing to place a pre-order with us. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines before proceeding:
Advance Payment Requirement:
To confirm your pre-order, a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total order value is required.
Product Availability Issues:
In the rare event that the pre-ordered item becomes unavailable from the supplier in China, we will process a full refund of your advance payment.
Defects & Replacements:
Should any manufacturing defect be detected during delivery in Bangladesh, please note that additional time may be needed for a replacement. Alternatively, the advance payment can be adjusted against any available stock if the customer prefers.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel the pre-order after confirmation, the entire advance amount will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Estimated Delivery Timeline:
Typically, delivery takes 7 to 18 working days from the date of advance payment and order confirmation. However, this timeframe may be extended due to external factors beyond our control.
Delayed Delivery Refund:
If your product is not delivered within 40 working days, you will receive a full refund without any deductions or fees.

Upon successful completion of your first pre-order, you’ll gain access to special discounts on future purchases with us.
