Return & Exchange Eligibility

✔ Only applicable if:
• You receive a wrong product
• The product is defective or physically damaged
• The product is different from what was described

✔ Notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product.
✔ The product must be:
• Unused
• Unaltered
• In original condition with all tags, packaging & invoice intact
❌ Used or worn products will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

⚠ Items purchased during sales/discount offers are NOT eligible for return/exchange unless defective.

Return Delivery Charges

✔ We will bear the return delivery charge if:
• You received a wrong product
• The product is defective or physically damaged
• The product is different from the description

❌ You will bear the return delivery charge if:
• You change your mind after receiving the product

✔ Refunds are applicable if:
• We are unable to deliver the product
• Wrong/defective product is delivered & no replacement is available
• There’s a system/price error

Refund Timeline

➔ Mobile Wallet (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket): 5–7 working days
➔ Bank/Card Payment: Depends on your bank’s processing time

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the return amount. After we receive the product, we’ll send the gift voucher to you.

If the product wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the person who gifted it to you received it first before giving it to you, then the refund will be sent to the person who bought it. They will know about your return.
